Geneva LawrenceI cook up sliced Italian sausage and bell peppers from the co-op and cook them together over medium heat in a high-sided skillet. Then I add chopped kale from the co-op and a generous dollop of Sicilian sauce from the co-op and cook until it is lightly cooked. Then I add cannelini beans and cook until they are warmed. I toss the whole mess over whole wheat penne (any chunky pasta would work, including the gluten free pastas available at the co-op). Then everybody at my house eats and we smile a lot.
